“The team at Pattinson prides itself on delivering the best service to our clients and we are extremely proud to have that recognised. This award is testament to the fantastic hard work put in by our dedicated team.”

The awards came as figures from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) show that demand is now at levels seen before the EU referendum.
Mr Beckwith added: “Demand remains strong right across the region and we are especially seeing more people turning to auction to seek their properties.”
Pattinson was launched by Keith Pattinson in 1977 in Newcastle.
