A chance to be Santa
Warkworth Harbour Commissioners' harbour office in Amble is registered as a designated drop-off point for gifts for the Mission for Christmas cash for kids.
New and unwrapped gifts for youngsters can be left at the quayside office from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The closing date for accepting gifts is December 12.
They will be taken to Newcastle, where they will be sorted, allocated, wrapped and then distributed.
