Earlier this week we asked you, the Northumberland Gazette readers, which shops you are most looking forward to visiting when they return.

Most of the comments showed that readers are looking forward to local shops reopening, including Ruby Tuesday in Alnwick as well as Pots and Paws in Rothbury which both sell homeware gifts.
Bookshops like Barter Books in Alnwick and Forum Books in Corbridge are also popular destinations with many of our readers.
Local clothes shops received plenty of praise too, with Eileen Blakey commenting: ‘Robinson's. I've never managed to get there yet.’

Hide AdOthers said they will return to department stores like Rutherfords in Morpeth, while Cath Whitaker said: ‘Grey's if Warkworth. My Christmas shop if choice, never disappointed.’
While restaurants and cafes are set to remain closed until further notice, readers are looking forward to when some of their favourite food places can reopen.
Bronree Dee picked out Lobster Pot in Bamburgh while Ellie Armstrong said: ‘Not that I'll be going anytime soon but Rochas in Morpeth is immense! Hands down the best place to get a sandwich!’
